Cathedral Dental welcome any comments you may have on the service you receive. Please speak to Christine Harley, the Practice Manager, about any aspects of our service or address your letter to her if you prefer to put your comments in writing.
Please let us know if you are unhappy with the quality of our service, something we have done, or something we have not done. Cathedral Dental welcomes constructive criticism, if we are unaware that something is wrong, we cannot put it right!
In the case of a verbal concern, we will record all the details and supply you with a written record within two working days.
If you write to us, we will acknowledge your letter within two working days of receiving it.
We will offer the opportunity for you to discuss the manner in which your concerns are to be handled and the period within which you would like them to be resolved, how long the investigation is likely to take and when the response is likely to be sent.
If we have made a mistake we want to learn from it as we are always striving to improve our service.
