So…. Chris and I were in Birmingham on Friday on an Invisalign course held by Mismile. After being stuck in the biggest traffic jam ever on the M6 for 4 hours we eventually made it to the course. The course was a little bit different to what we normally do because it was all about communication. So we were taught how to improve on how we communicate with and explain treatments to patients. All of the cool stuff we learnt will be implemented into the practice in the next few weeks. We always try and make every patients experience at Cathedral Dental as informative, comfortable and fun as possible and all the stuff we learnt at the course will help us to achieve this.
