When life gives you lemons

This week marks our 6-week anniversary since returning to practice. It’s absolutely flown by and we’ve loved being able to reconnect with our patients and provide face to face appointments once again. Thank you to each and every one of you who has come to see us or been in touch via phone, email, or social media. We’ve missed you like crazy!

It’s no lie that the COVID-19 pandemic has been a challenging time for everyone and I’ve yet to meet a single person who hasn’t been effected by it in some way. We know many of our patients have had to make huge sacrifices and as a practice we’ve had to implement some significant operational changes. The last 5 months have been scary, uncertain and sometimes overwhelming for every one of us.

But, as lockdown restrictions continue to ease, we’re now in a position to start looking forwards and as a practice we’ve realised that terrible times can also provide an opportunity to learn, grow and, most importantly, perfect our service to you.

It takes me back to that age old saying, “When life gives you lemons…” and at Cathedral Dental we’re making pandemic lemonade (sugar free of course!).

We’re thinking outside of the box and using the enforced changes to be more flexible, more accessible and more available:

  • We’ve extended our opening hours and are now available for appointments from 08.30 until 20.00 Monday to Thursday. We’re also open on Fridays and alternate Saturdays.
  • We’ve invested heavily in digital tools to provide online consultations from the comfort of your own home.
  • We’ve embraced the latest, top of the range, A.I technology to reduce the number of in practice review appointments needed for our Invisalign patients, saving you valuable time in your busy schedules.

We’re refusing to let these challenging times stop us from putting you, our amazing patients, first and we’re doing everything we can to take our patient experience to the next level.

We are excited and ambitious about the future and we’re thrilled to have you with us as we move into the next chapter of Cathedral Dental.

To book an online consultation, find out more about our use of Dental Monitoring A.I technology or use our extended opening hours please email info@cathedraldental.co.uk
